Lay Worship Ministries
Trained and supervised by the rector, these minister acolytes assist the worship by lighting the candles, leading processions, preparing the altar for worship, receiving the offering, and ushering during communion.  7th through 12th graders are eligible to serve as acolytes.
Adult Choir
The Adult Choir leads the music worship during the 10:30 am Sunday service from September to May.  The choir rehearses the first and third Thursday in each month in the Parish House.  No  prior choral experience is necessary to join.  The choir is directed by Tim and Chris Sullz.
Altar Guild
The Altar Guild is responsible for preparing the church for weekly worship services.  This involves caring for the chalice, paten and other vessels of worship along with seasonal rotation of altar hangings and other items.  Members serve in teams, which serve two to three months during the year. This ministry is directed by Pam Balas.
Greeters are responsible for welcoming all to worship, answering basic questions that newcomers may have, and distributing the bulletin.
Lectors read the Old Testament lesson during the 8:00 and 10:30 services and on other occasions.  Anyone Jr. High and older are welcome to become a Lector.  Contact the the rector if you would like to join this ministry.
Sub-Deacons or Chalice Bearers
Chalice bearers, also called sub-deacons, read the New Testament lesson and assist at the altar during communion.  Anyone aged 16 or older are eligible to be a sub-deacon.
